In Tulum, this villa project is conceived as open architecture for a life close to nature. Warm timber surfaces, generous glazing and dense planting define a concept in which indoor and outdoor living spaces merge almost imperceptibly.

Between living area, garden and pool, an outdoor space emerges that gently shifts everyday life outside. Water becomes the quiet centre of the design: it brings freshness to the pool area, reflects the light and gives the property a calm, tropical atmosphere.

Covered terraces, finely placed steps, natural stone and precisely crafted edges give the villa project both structure and lightness.

The outdoor shower complements the concept as an intimate moment in the open air, connecting the daily ritual with light, water and nature.

As a concept, the villa project formulates an architecture that embraces the character of Tulum and translates it into a calm, sensory living environment.
