Set high above Lake Zurich, this villa unfolds an atmosphere of calm, openness and elegance. Generous, light-filled living spaces, natural materials and finely coordinated lighting define a home that feels representative while preserving a strong sense of warmth and comfort.

At the centre of the house is the open staircase hall with its large skylight. Daylight reaches deep into the interior, transforming the connection between the floors into an architectural experience. Finely crafted timber handrails, dark metal rods and light surfaces give the staircase warmth, character and a calm, contemporary presence.

Wide views across Lake Zurich and the surrounding landscape accompany everyday life, making nature an integral part of living. The pool, terraces and garden extend the living spaces outdoors, creating places that combine retreat, gathering and far-reaching views.
