On the Zurich Gold Coast, the Medieval Manor House combines historic architecture with the refinement of contemporary living. Originally built in the 13th century, the estate is set within an approximately 7’500 m² private park, just moments from Lake Zurich — with a private boat dock and direct access to the water.

As part of a comprehensive renovation, the historic manor house was carefully transformed into three exclusive residential units. The existing architectural fabric remains perceptible throughout, while new interventions give the house a contemporary level of functionality. The ballroom, private theatre and fitness area were restored and integrated into a residential concept that naturally combines history with modern comfort.

Two new staircases and a lift improve circulation within the house without overpowering the character of the estate. At its centre is a bespoke Swarovski chandelier with more than 13,000 crystal elements, extending across all three floors. As a sculptural focal point, it captures the light and gives the house an atmosphere in which historic substance, craftsmanship and timeless elegance come together.
