The MEDIEVAL MANOR HOUSE, which was built in the 13th century, is situated on a 7,500.00 m² park in the middle of a historic village on the Gold Coast of Zurich. The house has a direct jetty with access to the shore of Lake Zurich. The renovated house has been converted into three exclusive apartments, including a theater, a ballroom and a private gym. Two modern stairwells and an in-house elevator have been newly integrated for better accessibility. The highlight of the building is the bespoke Swarovski chandelier with over 13,000 crystal elements, which extends over all three floors.
