The Pinnacle impresses with its clear spatial layout and an architectural design that harmonises function and atmosphere. From the light-filled entrance hall, through the open-plan living areas, to the sheltered outdoor spaces, a fluid sequence of carefully designed rooms unfolds. The centrally located courtyard brings natural light deep into the house and connects the individual areas in a natural way. Precise craftsmanship, finely balanced proportions and meticulous planning lend this villa, overlooking Lake Zurich, its distinctive character.

The living area opens out onto Lake Zurich through generous glazing, creating a striking spatial experience. The striking roof structure lends the space character and emphasises its generous proportions. A restrained palette of materials and carefully placed light sources create a calm, elegant atmosphere. The result is a living area that combines architectural clarity with the highest level of living comfort.

The entrance hall alone conveys the design ethos of The Pinnacle. The sculptural staircase forms the spatial centrepiece and connects the floors with a fluid movement. Minimalist forms, carefully placed lighting accents and the precise craftsmanship of every detail create an entrance area that impressively combines openness, elegance and architectural quality.

The outdoor lighting creates deliberate focal points and highlights the clean architectural style even at night. The façade, natural stone and landscaping are brought together through a carefully coordinated lighting scheme. The result is an outdoor space that exudes tranquillity whilst creating a welcoming atmosphere.
