The architecture of this villa thrives on the impact of its rooms. Generous sightlines, balanced proportions and a consistent design concept create an atmosphere of openness and tranquillity. Bespoke fittings, striking natural stone surfaces and finely crafted metal structures lend each area its own character. Light is used strategically to showcase the rooms and bring the surfaces to life. The kitchen, wine cellar and circulation areas are seamlessly integrated in their design, forming a harmonious whole. The result is a residence that combines functionality, craftsmanship and architectural clarity into a distinctive overall experience.
The kitchen combines high-quality materials with a clean, architectural design language. The curved cooking island, crafted from natural stone and textured metal, forms the design focal point, whilst the delicate metal structure subtly divides the space into zones whilst maintaining an open feel. A sculptural glass light fitting adds an elegant touch and lends the room an extra sense of lightness. Precise lighting and finely coordinated surfaces create a harmonious interplay of function, atmosphere and timeless design.
The bespoke wine room combines functionality with a striking architectural design. Curved shelves, dark wooden surfaces and precisely integrated lighting effectively showcase every bottle and lend the room a special sense of depth. Generous glass surfaces create a sense of transparency and make the wine room a visible part of the home’s design scheme. The result is an exclusive space where high-quality materials, well-thought-out details and sophisticated design blend together to create an atmospheric overall experience.
The bathroom is characterised by an exceptional natural stone, whose vibrant texture makes the room an architectural focal point. Large-format stone surfaces, warm wooden details and precisely integrated lighting create a harmonious balance between expressiveness and tranquillity. The generous mirrored surface enhances the sense of depth and reflects the carefully coordinated material scheme. The result is a bathroom that combines functionality and exclusive design to form an atmospheric whole.
This bespoke sideboard combines precise craftsmanship with striking materials. The finely crafted veneer reveals a vibrant depth thanks to its radially arranged pattern, whilst delicate metal structures and integrated lighting lend the piece a sense of lightness. Open shelves provide space for personal items and stylishly showcase selected pieces. The result is a functional piece of furniture that enriches the room with warmth, elegance and a distinctive identity.
